2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password, and phone number (if provided).
Usage data: app interactions, routes planned, features used, and device/log data.
Location data: collected with your consent to plan routes and show nearby chargers.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Communications: messages and information you send us.

3. Why we process your data (legal bases — GDPR)

To provide the Service — performance of a contract.
To improve, maintain and secure the Service — our legitimate interests.
To send marketing communications — your consent.
To meet legal requirements — legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share personal data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing), charging operators (only as necessary to fulfil a reservation), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
